Wonder how many times people have investigated the cairn on Old Man, checking the stones about the base, to see if maybe one is a bit loose, and if behind it is that round metal box.
Makes you hope that it is there.
Wonder if someone could manage to get one hidden in the cairn.
Then we have to ask how long such a box would stay in the cairn. What a souvenir to have found. If you did check a few stones, and happened to actually find a small round metal box there, would you leave it?
