Gone for £275. The purchaser seems to have been buying a number of small books from the same era, so is probably either a collector or a dealer. Whether he would be willing to let Amazon reprint the book (and therefore dilute its rariety value) can only be established by contacting him - which can be done through e-bay while the transaction is still recent. Worth a try, anyway.
