A bit of my own hornblowing - - - My studio, living space and work will be featured on HGTV's "reZONED" program shown on cable TV in the USofA (I don't know if this goes into Canada or not) this Sunday, May 21 at 7PM Eastern Time - (check your local listings for other time zones). This program features people who have converted commercial space into living quarters. You will see in my "library" the entire set of Mr. Ransome's works published by Godine for about one half second. They give a very nice tour of the space which I have developed to fit my needs.
Some folks build boats, some do research, some are into trains and other fantastic things! I am creating my own environment out of this building - in a way this is my "boat" without the sisterhooks or the mousings (I occasionally do little porcelain mice, maybe they should have "sisterhooks")!
I am still amazed at the information available on this forum! It was Mr. Ransome that got me started along many paths when I was eleven or twelve. I still owe him a debt of gratitude! (But, of course, I brought to Mr. Ransome my own self, so it was the two of us working together from a distance made closer by the wonderful stories to foster my development and growth!)
