Very coincidentally there was a programme on BB2 tonight, called "Wrappers", all about the history of breakfast cereals!
Force was featured, as one of the earliest products, with a pack showing the rhyme:
High O'er The Fence Leaps Sunny Jim
"Force" is the food that raises him
Apparently you could 'save up for' gifts (I presume by collecting tokens) which seem to have included a mandolin, phonograph and a "48-piece dinner & tea service"!
Unfortunately I don't think the programme is repeated.
