Prue, you're right. Perhaps I should have added that the official broadcasting service, the CBC, has gone a long way in determining my view of Canadians. But that may be true of any national radio. Anyway, I'm sure you realize that if you want to know any race, you have to go to their country and live with them. The nationls who leave and go somewhere else are not the same as those who stay at home. On reflection, the Canadians I find the most boring are those who have never left their home and native land and see to reason to do so. As to their military prowess, the monument to the Canadian troops at Vimy Ridge is proof of that.
