I don't think anyone on Tarboard would disagree with your ultimate goal, which is admirable, but I am not sure what you want us to do. This is a discussion forum. May I ask whether you have heard of the Arthur Ransome Society? Your energy and ideas could perhaps find a practical outlet there.
