Sorry Lyn. we're not all ignoring you. I think the delay in replying is because we don't really know. There was some speculation that the notebook that AR used to write SA had 'Walker' printed on the cover, and then there was Ivy and his daughter Tabitha, but as far as I know there is no definitive evidence.
