this one. Having been deeply involved in researching Christmas Carol in preparation for a community theater production, I had learned this expression (and it's associated gesture of disrespect) more than 10 years ago.
Back to the topic, I was merely surprised that AR used a name that had such unpleasant associations in his ife.
