Prue, Christina wasn't a Literary Executor when she wrote AR&CFT in 1984, there being no TARS in those days. She wasn't appointed to the post until Sir Rupert Hart-Davis gave up. Sir Rupert Hart-Davis, John Bell, his wife Pamela Whitlock joint authoress of The far Distant Oxus were appointed by AR himself.
