The only thing I would say about your itinerary, Ross, is that you are not spending enough time in the Lakes - and that is an area that can become very crowded with cars in peak season and therefore take a long time to travel what appears on the map to be a short distance. The run from Coniston to Eskdale over the Wrynose and Hardknott passes is very worth doing but can be quite time-consuming, but the Upper Miterdale version of Swallowdale (accessed from Boot, in Eskdale) is very worth seeing - a good half-day's walk is involved. Personally I would drop a night or two in East Anglia and add it to the Lakes....but then, I prefer mountains to flatlands.
