My partner and I cooked up a large rabbit stew for a recent AusTARS event, held at a member's weekend home, which had been called 'The Dogs Home' for the purpose. It was very well received. Kangaroo is now commonly available in our supermarkets at about $2 per kilo, [compared to $20 per kilo for beef] but even at that price it isn't rushed off the shelves. I've tried it and I'd need to be pretty hungry to try it again.
