Mike, my humble apologies for mis-spelling Stuart's surname. It was my error, and everyone has followed the flawed leader :-(
The reason I started this thread was that I wanted to add a link to his article on our new web page. If he is having difficulty in finding a suitable host, I could offer space on our site, hosted by the State Library of Victoria, which doesn't have problems of people looking at the sites on their server ;-)
