Adam - oops! I missed that. Given what Dick did let's move them both up a year so Dorothea 15 and Dick 14. But I'll buy his career path! And given Roger A's history, yes, Roger went into the RAF.

So, John, it seems to me that the next stage in history after the 1930's has to be their War experience (1 book). Then marriage and children until the next stage when their kids are teens - say 1960 when the next generation has a wonderful few formative years (6 books). Then the saga of the early-teen grandchildren in 1985 / 1990 (Another 6 books). What a wonderful lifetime diary! And the next generation of teens is looming at 2010 for our successors to address!
