Interesting observation, Adam. Perhaps I should have qualified the word right. A right conclusion is something that satisfies me until I find a better one.
I could have speculated the S A & D's all met up in London on the 7th September, 1940. They all died on the first night of the blitz when their meeting place suffered a direct hit. To my mind that would be a valid but wrong conclusion (and it really would have been a conclusion!), but others may disagree.
