Unfortunately the have not been any sailing dhows in The Creek for some time. I cannot remember seeing any when I was there in the mid 1980's.
You might find a motor/sailer lower down in the Indian Ocean. The wind is still free even compared with cheap Gulf petrol and would help on longer voyages. I am not sure whether there are any sailing dhows left on the Nile - has anyone been there recently?
