From a quick scan of both Amazon in USA and Amazon in UK, the DVD with S & A and The Railway Children is only available in UK, in Region 2 and (they claim) PAL format.
In USA they appear on separate DVDs, Region 1, and NTSC.
I have the UK version, bought through Amazon UK, and it plays fine on both of my "hacked" "Region 0" DVD players. It appears to be a genuine production, with a Warner Brothers "holographic" seal on the label.
Regarding PAL/NTSC, most modern TVs can play both. I have other DVDs from USA in NTSC which play OK on both my home TV and the small one at my holiday shack. (Australia uses PAL)
