OK. I'll take the bait. Peter knows that I'm a Wheeltapper and have been involved in various heritage railways. The scourge of these organisations are the "Why don't you?" brigade. The best way of dealing with such chaps is, "That's an excellent idea. Go ahead and do it.". Like panning for gold this is an excellent way of separating out the tailings and retaining the quality stuff.
