There are thousands of books released every year, good books. Sequels would be nice, but not the real thing. Although the Buchan sequel in the late 1990's on the hunting was quite good.
If I had time to write a sequel and the skill, then I have the time and skill to tell my own stories, not someone else's dribbles.
