Peter's 'The Tarboard Arms' is a brilliant analogy of what TarBoard is really like. It makes any FAQ pages for TarBoard totally unnecessary. But I would like to clarify one point, I'm not saying that anyone coming new to the pub should spend 5 years in a corner quietly sipping lemonade before they can join the beer drinkers round the bar. But, I am saying that 5 years is the minimum amount of time that you should be drinking at this pub before you even should think of starting any campaign to change things around. And a word of warning, any attempt to abolish the pool table and darts board and turn the place into a 'family diner' will meet with very stiff resistance.
