Captain Flint changed, and in dry clothes, came in with super-size four-litre bottles of Coke and Seven-Up.
"Sort yourselves," he said, and they sorted themselves, and the feast began. It was as good a feast as Captain Flint had been able to get sent from Safeway, McDonalds, Burger King and Dairy Queen. For example, there was Haagen-Daaz and Breyer's ice cream, hot dogs smothered with mustard and ketchup, Big Macs, Twinkies, fries, Oh Henry! and Baby Ruth candy bars. There were several kinds of pizza to begin with.
"Sorry about the fries and the pizza being cold," Captian Flint said. "I had no way of hotting them up. A primus stove does have its limitations." Then there was a cake with a sheet of plastic over it. When the plastic was carefully peeled off, there was a picture of two little ships done in pink and white icing.
"Totally awesome!" Nancy said
"Way cool," Roger agreed.
"Like you know wow," Titty said.
