So much to read - so little time!!

I think I'm characterised as the Sally Army in the Pub. Good one. I'm happy with it. You would not know that my wife is a Born Again Christian. She thought the idea of me in a uniform banging on about stuff was about right. I'm off to buy a big hat. And send a cheque on TarBoard's behalf to the S.Army. I do what I can but I couldn't do what they do. So I'm happy to be seen as the SA totem for you all.

Prue - I appreciated your comments about children's authors. Having spent my life working with adults my new Mentor role with Year in Industry brings me into contact with young people and having to make presentations to them. A steep learning curve. I'm in the middle of it at the moment. Ask me about it in a year's time.

John N - what can I say? My wife went to Aus as a £10 Pom. Loved it. Nags me to go back and visit. Mild humour? Never. But as you are a colonial I am happy to care for you and help you onwards and upwards. [That was a JOKE - software V.2.5 - the latest]

YEAH!! Let's hear it for super friends. Joe
