Not quite, John - Suzanna Hamilton was only three years old when the BBC serialisation of Swallows and Amazons appeared (black and white, 1963). The version she appeared in was the commercial film made by Anglo-EMI (colour, 1974). Her most famous role as an adult actress was in "1984" as Julia opposite John Hurt (Winston Smith).
