From memory:

"single women"
Mrs. Blackettknown to be widower
Mary Swainson(note here a missing intermediate generation - her grandparents but not parents also appear)
Mrs. Tyson(conjectural - son Robin, but not spouse appears)
Mrs. Barrableconjectural
Mrs. McGinty(conjectural)
The GA
Cook (conjectural)
Miss ? (Alma Cottage)
Polly?, the Jackson's maid(conjectural)

"single men"
Captain Flint
The Billies(conjectural - widowers, or living on the job of necessity? married at one point as even Young Billy had grandchildren)
Mary Swainson's woodman(we don't have any particular knowledge of marital status of the other woodmen)
Robin Tyson(conjectural - marital status not relevant to story)
Mrs. Barrable's brother(conjectural)
Mr. Farland
Sammy Braithwaite(conjectural)
Billy Lewthwaite(conjectural; however he may be still in teens as in PM he was weeding his mother's garden rather than "gainfully employed")
Dixon's hand(conjectural)

There are a number of other men who may appear, but, again, their marital status isn't clear, for instance Jim Brading, Old Simon or Constable Tedder.
I don't count Peter Duck or Missee Lee, as they're generally considered "fictional".
