Sorry but I must butt in here. I cannot agree that the motor car should be accommodated by destroying 200 years of history. The destruction of cultural and historical sites to tinker with roads is vandalism in my view. What next, remove that pile of old stones in Wiltshire to widen the A303?

At worst I hope the brewery is sensitively used as the basis for redevelopment of the site.

As for the old chestnut that you can brew any beer anywhere and it will taste the same,we shall see how Youngs-Wells get on. I pray they get it right where several have failed.
