Aha, thanks Laurence! I had forgotten that. In fact, I was just debating whether Susan had ever swam - but she must have done here in PP as well. Does she swim in SA? Or "have a wallow" in SW? I mean real swimming as opposed to the daily wash in the lake.
Thankfully it was hot in PP, I'm sure Dorothea's hair would have dried quickly in the sun.
