While I think my 10-year-old doesn't have any trouble with
contextualizing it and understanding that neither our world
nor the world of AR is perfect. My concern is more about the
toddlers who will repeat words without any ability to discern
hurtful and hateful language - which 'nigger' indisputably is -
from archaic and quaint terms. Yes, it was common usage then.
Today it is - at least in this country - absolutely unacceptable.
