Paul - I have checked with my Mosses, and your list is correct.
BTW, please don't ask me to explain why the journals are divided into 'volumes' and why the 'volumes' are all of different length. When my co-editor and I took over in 2004, we were baffled by this system, so in 2005 we dropped it and just referred to each Mixed Moss by its year.
