Jenny, what is "cod" Russian? Does it differ from, say, Plaice Russian?

Or is "cod" a British slang term for fake or ersatz, which would be my presumption? I'm a bit familiar with British terms vs US terms but don't know that one. by Dave Thewlis

Tee-hee.

Amazing how we are divided by a common language - yes, "cod" means not just fake, but exceptionally and transparently fake. When someone isn't just acting, they're overacting to the extreme!
