I agree with Adam and Dave: this is a suggestion I also made a while back, but at that time it did not meet with much enthusiasm. My main problem is that I don't have either the first Literary Weekend Proceedings, or Mixed Moss 1/1.
On the question of copyright, I asked for clearance from the author and from the editor for the one MM piece I've put on the site, and got permission from the authors for the pieces from Literary Weekends (since the Proceedings explicitly stated that copyright remained with the authors). In this case is would clearly be tactful to clear what we want to do with the Internet & Publications subcommittees (I can't imagine them raising any objections)..
The simplest way of presenting the material would be to have a new category - eg 'Publications' - on the Lit. Pages. The business of scanning & proof-reading could well be made a cooperative effort by Tarboarders who are able to lend a hand.
