Welcome back Peter! It was dull in the TarBoard Arms without you. You will, no doubt, provoke a storm of protest from animal loving TarBoarders furious that you drank your cats' vodka cordial.
Mine was made from 96% spirit poured over fresh sour cherries and cane sugar and left to marinate for a few months in an open jar covered with several layers of surgical gauze. That's all there is to the recipe. The result is potent and absolutely delicious!
