Pauses in righteous indignation. The "Nancy Blackett" is supported by the wonderful and generous members of the Trust, which has a minimum subscription of only £10 pa. Some are able to, and do, contribute more. Her real luxury is to be painted and varnished by professionals - if we tried whe wouldn't look as fantastic as she does now.
She does indeed have a remote sterngland greaser, its just that it is sited under the cockpit sole. It is however only just below the sole, so is readily accessible, and is much nearer than the sterngland itself.
