I don't have a printer at home and only 12 inch screen so I may have missed it but I can't a suggested site for the Roaring Donkey. I seem to remember there was a thread some time ago trying to identify whether or not it was based on a particular pub.
Thank you for the time you put into these they bring back happy memories of holidays sailing on the broads with my father; and of discovering the Coot Club rather late in life. For some reason I read all the "Lakeland" books and PD and ML but did not get round to the others.
