The RD is certainly not marked on maps in my early Red Fox editions, nor in the later Red Foxes (which, as library books, I've been forced to rely on recently.)

But John's and Robert's earlier end-paper maps agree that the RD lies east of Kendal Dyke, rather than west of it as I'd deduced. So I'll be interested to see what I make of the text at second reading.
