They are indeed. As I remember it, it occurs where Dick and Dot are having an early sailing lesson in Teasel on "Ranworth" Broad. This is also where the names of Ranworth and Malthouse Broads are interchanged. (By the way, I have read Jock's note about Ranworth village vs Ranworth Broad, but in my view it doesn't really address this name-interchange question.)
