I have now heard from Dave Sewart, who has been able to contact Cape about the BS endpapers.
He confirms Owen's conjecture that Barton Turf, Irstead and Coltishall are also missing. (I read that to mean that recent BS hardbacks have wrongly used the CC map.)
He says, "hopefully something will be done, but it will take a long time for stock (both books & endpaper maps) to work through."
Whatever other subjects may be disputed as suitable for discussion here, this one is a definite win for the Tarboard.
