Brogan describes Douglas as a 'vexatious litigant' and these people can do enormous damage. In this area, 'common law' systems are totally inadequate.
Her Majesty's Court Service definition of a 'vexatious litigant'. I don't think Lord Alfred Douglas was ever sanctioned by the High Court.
