I doubt it, Mike. From what I know, the site constructors simply preferred a mixture of real-life colour images, plus monochrome photos from AR's era. I think it works well. And use of AR drawings is getting just a wee bit hackneyed now.
BTW, if you click on 'First Day at school' on the right-hand panel, you can see the international 'hit' sources so far. I am amazed to see how many there are in the US after only a day!
