Ah Peter, you are referring to MkII dreams, while I thought that you meant MkI.
My MkII dream is to sit in a boat, similar to the Teasel with both Peters - you and R,
drinking a pint of Woodforde's Wherry. But don't knock Mk I dreams. I once stood
in a disused railway station and dreamed of trains running through its platforms.
You will admit, I hope, that the end result, while not perfect, was worthwhile.
I have posted up those 'sub-rule' suggestions which I mentioned to you... You said
then that if I posted them, you would support me . . . .
TarBoard gives me a great deal of pleasure and I regard TarBoarders rather like a family
and TarBoard kafuffles as family squabbles. I support the idea of giving TarBoarders
the benefit of the doubt when they post what might be taken to be an offensive post.
Mind you, unambiguously offensive posts receive short shrift from other TarBoarders
and I think that this is great.
