I believe we're at odds with our respective Dreamlands... I still consider Lakeland to be Dreamland Mk 1,the Broads Mk 2 with The Walton Backwaters as Mk 3...

I must admit my particular favourite is the Walton backwaters, because they are still relatively unspoilt. But we have a misunderstanding! We both posted messages about the same time and both used the Mk terminology. But we used them to mean different things. In your case your Mk 1,2 & 3 Dreamlands refer to different AR locations. Whereas I was responding to Peter H's admonition, Dreams are dreams, and are always just that little bit beyond reach. Peter's dreams are perfect and unattainable. They share their perfection with Plato's World of Forms. I guess Peter H's own imagined Beckfoot is also in this category and that is why he gets so grumpy with those of us who try to map the plumbing. My Mk I, II categories refer to Dreams not Dreamlands. For me a Mk I dream (which usually involves a pint or two) is attainable and sometimes even an urgent priority. Mk II dreams are what Peter H calls dreams. Given that you never get a drink in them, I don't see the point of them myself.
