Like you, I doubt if I shall be around then. I suspect the S&A series may remain much as it is and I suspect it will not commercially worth tinkering with it.
However some may, even before then, buy the rights we may get a TV type Thomas the Tank Engine show with models instead of "live" characters.
Perhaps we will be able to project our thoughts onto the wall in a hologram. Fascinating - perhaps.
