Phew! Andrew C-B has certainly given us the other side of the coin and it makes a change. I must admit that my first thought when I saw those awful pictures of the vessel on fire was: did they not have proper fire prevention? Flame retardant paints, materials etc? Sprinkler system, at least while structural maintenance is being carried out? She went up like a bonfire, and surely should not have done. Heads should roll for this, and until they do so not a penny should be given (IMHO).
