Also in true funeral spirit I can fill in some missing years from Paul's Swallowdale list (without dust-jacket in each case):

Cape 1947 20th 453pp 457g
Cape 1960 26th 453pp 495g

Looking at the two lists one can see the reduction in paper weight during the 1939-45 war, and then the gradual improvement afterwards. The weight of the pre-war 1938 edition (723g) is astonishing - the paper must almost be like cardboard!

I am also surprised to note that there were 9 Impressions of SD during the war.
