Definitely that view. There is a pleasant shared terrace outside the cottages, and if you walk through the gate into the field, and follow the path downhill along the edge of the field, you reach a low wall with the two old boathouses just beyond. We found them delightful, bringing AR's words to mind right away, and we all turned to see "the island", but of course in "real" life it is around a curve of the lakeshore from Bank Ground Farm. And, yes, some of us tested out "sailing" uphil to "Mother" as we climbed back to the cottages!
