Although i'm not entirely sure about Commander of Ganges being as good a role as it appears to be; Dartmouth term officer certainly becomes a less attractive prospect on closer examination.

Mind you I can't see anything that obvious for Commander Walker to object to. Admittedly Dartmouth was known for stiffling iniative and a generally spartan life style but i'm not sure most public schools at the time were much better. Especially the ones affordable when educating four children on a naval officer's salary.

(Cue whole new can of worms- Walkers neglect education of daughters in interest of sons/ Mrs Walker millionaire heiress)
