Thanks for Fishing manual re Pickerel/Walleye-since fishermen go to all that trouble (live bait etc) I'm not surprised at the $22/serving price in the Chippy at Pentanguishe (but it does taste delicious ..) - for comparison, I will have to seek out Pickerel next time in the UK (if anyone has heard of it ...)
