That is a perfectly reasonable and polite comment to make, and I would have been prepared to look through the posts to see if Jock is right, as he may well be. However, Jock originally said that my assertion was:
a deliberate Aunt Sally designed to score easy debating points
I think it is fair to say that there is a difference between the two comments! Now, back to the debate . . .
