In PM - when it's brought home to her that the Swallows are nowhere around. Re-read her letter, and note also that she said, straight out to the D's, that she owed her nieces an apology. CF didn't apologize until Nancy shoved it into his face that he was wrong. The GA didn't apologize until it was made abundantly clear that she was wrong. No better, no worse.
