I don't think that we are ever given a hint of the location of the original home of Commander Walker. We know Mrs Walker was brought up in Australia.
As for their current residence, it seems that they don't have a fixed home, but tend to follow Commander Walker whereever he is when he is stationed ashore, Falmouth, HMS Ganges etc.. Where they live when he is at sea is never explained. Possibly rented accommodation near his ship's home port?
