I discovered this site whilst searching for something completely different (repairing clockwork boats!).
It would appear that two of AR's books "The Crisis in Russia" and "Russia in 1919" are available online through this site.
If you scroll to the bottom of the page and enter Arthur Ransome in the whole site search - you will get a listing of the chapters of the aforementioned books.
Clicking on either book will take you to a chapter where all the chapters are listed in order down the LH side.
