I didn't see a time on there for the revolution to begin.

In one of the Ralph Moody books9 Dry Divide?, Horse of a Different Color?- a box is built and covered with hay. The hay is kept damp to promote evaporative cooling.

Somehow I think that there was a lot of mild food poisoning going around. (perhaps the real reason that AR didn't mention latrine issues....)
